COVID-19: Updated Operations


We are open with our regular hours. Mon - Fri 10 am-5:30 pm. We are open with our regular hours.  Mon - Fri 10 am-5:30 pm.  Although we are resuming regular hours we are asking customers to please call, text, or email us to set up appointments so that we can continue to limit the number of people in our store at a time and to allow for adequate cleaning in-between customers.  In addition to asking for appointments, we will continue to keep our door locked. Your health and safety is our top concern, and as we begin to reopen we are implementing some new procedures.

  • Please limit your party to 2 people.

  • Our doors will be locked and we will let you in so that we can control the flow and clean between customers.

  • If you are wearing a mask you will be asked to remove it so that our cameras can see your face, then you may put it back on. (this is for the safety of our employees)

  • We will be operating with reduced hours and would ask that you set up an appointment to come in if possible.

  • We will be offering curbside service if contact is a concern.

  • If you aren't feeling well please stay home.


***Eaton Turner Jewelry is temporarily closing on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 pm for the first time since the original Helena business opened in 1885. Our hope is to reopen as soon as the governor allows, ready to take care of all your jewelry needs.***

We are keeping operations open at a reduced level to best protect our staff and our community. While our showcases will not be on display, we will be available to help all clients through various channels. Please feel free to call, text or email with any jewelry needs during our standard business hours. ( M-F 10 am-5:30 pm )

We will be available by appointment for jewelry drop off or pick up. We do have inventory on our website for sale. We are offering free shipping on all these items.

We will still be offering jewelry repair and custom design during this time. Please first call and talk with us about what you are looking to have done. We will let you know how we can best assist you. For repairs, we will check in all items needing repair work by appointment. Then after evaluating what work needs to be done we will call or email with a quote.

For the health of our staff, we will not be evaluating jewelry repairs while you wait. We will also temporarily stop our jewelry cleaning services, watch batteries, and watchband adjustments independent from repair work. For custom work please call or email to set up a phone consultation to get your project started.

We understand that this is disruptive to our valued customers. It is after a long and thorough evaluation that we determined that this is the best way to keep our staff, our families, and our community safe and healthy during this difficult time. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We hope we will be able to fully take care of all of your jewelry needs.
